Due to anticipated demand and limited seating, we shall insist that everyone who wishes to attend the conference meetings register with us ahead of time.
Where applicable, the registration fee must be paid in advance and is not refundable. The fee covers meals (3 light breakfasts, 2 lunches, and dinner on the Saturday evening) as well as all registration fees.
